Without the proper nutrition, we cannot expect the best from our body’s performance. At CORE57, we are incredibly passionate about educating our clients with the correct nutrition information, especially given all the quick fix solutions out there today. Nutrition is an individual thing, and once armed with all the knowledge we provide, you’ll be empowered to create lasting and sustainable habits around food while still enjoying life!

 

NO MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED

You don’t have to be an active member at our gyms to work with our nutritionists. We offer various programs and a la carte consultations. Whether you prefer to meet in person or virtually, we’re flexible to help guide you in the way that’s most conducive to your lifestyle. What’s important is accountability - we’ve got you!

A Look Inside Our 12-Week Program

Our philosophy is simple. We create a SUSTAINABLE nutrition strategy, built around your goals, to help you get off the diet roller coaster and on the fast-track to success. Our programs remove the mindset of restrictions and limitations and incorporate your natural preferences to help you maintain your results long term.

During your 12-week program you will have access to: 

  •   6, 45 minute meetings with Rebecca (virtual and in-person options available)

  • Text and email access daily, during business hours, for accountability, questions, and support as dictated by client needs

  • Personalized education around meal planning and healthy snacks based on YOUR INDIVIDUAL body and goals.

  • Education on macros, hormones, stage of life, and autoimmunity as it relates to fat loss and your personal wellness journey

  • Options for on-going accountability and coaching for 12-week program graduates.

The mindset and psychological piece of this work is often just as important as the X’s and O’s of food, so our nutrition coach, Rebecca, utilizes different strategies to increase awareness and help you overcome some of the most common roadblocks when it comes to nutrition.

Upon completion of the 12 week program, you will hold ALL the necessary tools to either continue on toward achieving your goals, or maintaining what you have garnered!

REBECCA PEDRICK-GRAYBECK

Director of Training, Nutrition Coach

Rebecca Pedrick is our Director of Training and in-house Nutrition Coach with over 15 years of experience. She is a Functional Nutrition and Metabolism specialist who takes a root cause approach to optimizing your diet strategy.  She can read blood work, make targeted supplementation recommendations, and assist you in doing the difficult detective work that can be required to overcome various nutrition and weight loss roadblocks.
