3 Tiers, Unlimited Pathways to Success

At CORE57 our programming is designed to help you build a strong, stable foundation, for your active, daily life. Our three-tier approach makes it easy for you to customize your recipe for a weekly class schedule that will help you make consistent progress towards your wellness goals. 


Plus when coupled with our nutrition coaching and CORE Philosophy we know that our customized fitness prescriptions are just what your body needs to start seeing the results you’ve been working for.

Breaking down the CORE57 Wellness Pyramid

Each class in our programming model offers you specific, targeted moves that are designed to help you strengthen, maintain, and improve your overall wellness. When planning for your week, it can be overwhelming to sort out what classes to take when, so we’ve developed a wellness pyramid to take the guesswork out of your weekly classes and programming.

TIER 1

Mobility, Stability, and Active Recovery

Start with Tier 1: mobility, stability, and active recovery. These classes are not an afterthought or a reward for making it through that challenging cardio or strength day. They are the foundation for helping you build stronger, leaner muscle with a larger range of motion, and for helping you build strength and stamina for those all-out cardio pushes.

Think of these classes as your routine maintenance. The best cars (and bodies!) prioritize routine maintenance for those core parts. Keeping those joints limber and that core strong and stable will ensure you have a solid, more resilient foundation to rely on in Tier Two and Three classes.

Mobility, Stability and Active Recovery Prescription:

Schedule these classes first, aiming for 1-2 of these classes per week. During your assessment and goal setting sessions, we will help identify the best class options for you based on your current mobility and stability levels.

Tier One includes: 

  • Roll and Restore

  • Strength-ability

  • Maximum Movement

  • Yoga

  • Pilates

  • Stretch-It

  • Core T1

TIER 2


Strength Training

When it comes to living a long, healthy life, muscle mass makes all the difference, which is why we place specific emphasis on regular strength training for all of our clients. Especially as we age, muscle tone and strength begin to diminish, so building and maintaining that muscle mass is critically important - and Tier One will give you that strong foundation to support and maintain the muscles you’re building in Tier Two over time. 


Plus, muscle mass is your metabolic engine, processing 80% of your body’s glucose, so strength training also helps to reset your body’s internal processing and when coupled with optimal nutrition, can be a catalyst for helping you reach your wellness goals.

Strength Training Prescription:

Depending on your activity level, we recommend 2-3 strength focused classes per week. During your assessment and goal setting sessions, we will help identify the best class options for you and recommend taking advantage of our Semi-Private training at least once a week to ensure you receive more hands-on personalized training from our coaches.

Tier Two includes: 

  • Semi Private sessions

  • Strictly Strength

  • TRX

  • Butts and Back

  • Kettlebell

  • Core T2

TIER 3


Cardio Training

Cardio-focused workouts, when properly executed, can be highly effective for things like stamina and heart rate training. But as we age, the format of effective, safe, and healthy cardio workouts shifts. We have built cardio programming to help you target and improve lung capacity, decrease blood pressure, decrease resting heart rate, improve heart rate variability, and increase resting metabolic rate while reducing the inflammation and harmful metabolic effects of longer, more intensive cardio workouts.

Cardio Training Prescription:

For the average healthy member we recommend one cardio class per week, or two if you can tolerate it and really enjoy cardio-based workouts. During your assessment and goal setting sessions, we will help identify the best class options for you.

Tier Three includes: 

  • SPRINT

  • Metcon

  • Spin 

  • Boxing and Barre
