From Chronic Pain to Crushing Goals: How CORE57 Helped Heidi Transform Her Health and Life

Heidi's Story

When Heidi first came to CORE57, she was dealing with chronic back pain, fibromyalgia, and inflammation. Due to her conditions, she was quite limited in what she could do physically without exacerbating it. However, Heidi is not the type to back down from a fight. She started with personal training to build foundational strength, and she has absolutely CRUSHED it since then, now having advanced into Semi-Private sessions!

Heidi's Determination and Achievements

Heidi is a true ATHLETE, so as you can imagine, when she sets goals, she will stop at NOTHING until she reaches them. Here’s a snapshot of her accomplishments thus far:

  • Increased her golf drive by more than 10 yards

  • Gained yardage with all her clubs

  • Can now walk the golf course with her clubs, no problem

  • Her golf clothes fit better than ever

  • Lost 12 lbs of body fat while increasing muscle mass

  • Most excitingly, she can now “rough house” with her two young granddaughters, lifting over 40 lbs without any back pain!

Heidi's Experience with Nutrition Coaching

Given her goal of improving her body composition, she also enrolled in nutrition coaching with me, our in-house nutrition coach, and the results have been PHENOMENAL!

When I asked Heidi about her experience with CORE57’s nutrition program, she said:

“I feel so much better, and I have much less joint pain due to decreasing my inflammation. Rebecca helped me improve my meals to gain muscle and lose fat. There’s no way I could have done this without the support!”
