OUR CLASSES
Our foundational programming, Semi-Private sessions, offer clients an opportunity to engage with our instructors in a small group class setting, giving them more hands-on instruction and customized fitness programming to accommodate their personal goals, fitness levels, and any injuries or rehab needs.
Our large group classes are designed to complement the work we do in Semi-Privates and focus on our three core competencies; mobility, stability and active recovery (T1), strength (T2), and cardio (T3). We offer a variety of classes in each tier at various times throughout the week making it easy to schedule workouts to fit your lifestyle.
