With 2 years of consistency at Core 57, I am so glad I made the decision to invest in semi privates and nutrition coaching and I can say confidently they have both been game changing for me! I have gained way more strength than I ever would have, and I REALLY love the struggle and challenge of the semis. SO much so, that I pay extra every month to add some extras. They really are worth it!
