Working out at Core 57 is my favorite way to push myself, and that is due to the amazing, knowledgeable trainers. The large group classes are unique and challenging, but when I added semi's to my schedule, that is when I leveled up my workouts to a new high. Semi privates are the way to go if you're looking to challenge yourself beyond the status quo. The trainers customize the workout to each member, and push me in a way that I could never push myself beyond my comfort zone, in a safe way! When the trainer believes you can do something that you don't...and you PROVE to yourself you can, it's the most rewarding feeling! The semi private classes are the best thing I've done for myself to level up my workouts and prove to myself that I've got MORE than I thought!
