I value semi privates the most because you get the most personalized workout that addresses your fitness level and life goals. I feel safe and confident during these sessions because the trainers are watching form closely and are able to challenge my body that is unique to me. At one time, I had a broken wrist and frozen shoulder at the same time, and didn't have to skip ONE DAY at the gym because the trainers customized my workouts to accommodate my current limitations and continue to build strength where I could. Semi's have helped me overcome massive fear and intimidation in a gym setting. I have osteoporosis and have been able to increase bone density in some areas as well as perform 2 minute planks and pull ups! Not only have I greatly improved my physical health, the community of staff and members is a large part of what keeps me coming back because I now have forever friends!
