I can't say enough about nutrition coaching with Rebecca. She makes it easy to understand and follow guidelines. She incorporates foods you like, and teaches you how to avoid things that are barriers to achieving your goals, as well as helps you come up with great alternatives. She has a very balanced approach to nutrition that does not leave you feeling ashamed of yourself. I have lost quite a bit of body fat, I feel tighter and leaner, more energetic, and most of all, NOT DEPRIVED!
