Thinking of joining us at CORE57 this year? Here's what to expect

A new year often means new goals, lifestyle changes, and resolving to do better for yourself in the year ahead. So, if that means taking steps to improve your personal wellness in 2023, the CORE57 community is here to help.

If you’ve never heard of CORE57, OR you’re considering joining us for your first class soon, here are a few things you need to know about our approach to overall wellness programming and why we’re so passionate about it!

Is CORE57 right for me?

In short, YES! Our personalized programming takes into account your fitness level, any injuries or limitations, and even your personal nutrition.

For many of our clients, CORE57 is the place they turn when things seem to have gotten out of sync. Maybe life got hectic and it was hard to make “time for me”. Maybe a recent injury or surgery has limited your range of motion and the thought of “figuring it out” alone in the gym sounds like a pre-punched ticket back to injury town.

The good news is? We’ve been there and so have many of our clients.

How does CORE57 customize my programming?

When you decide to join CORE57, we won’t just drop you into classes and tell you to “go for it.” We’ve built a specific assessment process that allows us to really get a full picture of your wellness and build a program that will help you reach your goals.

Here’s what our intake assessment looks like:

Body Composition
Your body composition assessment allows us to establish a starting point for your wellness journey and curate the best mix of workouts to help you reach your goals.

Goal Setting

Speaking of goals, we know that every one of our clients has different goals. Some are looking to get stronger or more flexible or improve balance, while others are looking for a program to help them improve their ability on the golf course and tennis courts, or increase stamina when training for a marathon.

Our trainers are able to build programming around all of these goals.

Movement Screening

Finally, your assessment will include a movement screening. This will give our team the best look at your mobility, strength, stability, and is a great time to talk through nagging injuries or any rehabilitation needs.

Building your fitness program

Once we have this information we will provide a customized fitness program that includes a mix of some of our various group classes and semi-private personal training sessions to help you start making progress toward your goals.

For our clients looking to take it up a notch, we even offer customized nutrition coaching with our in-house Nutrition Coach, Rebecca.

We believe in our method because it works, and the results speak for themselves. But more than that, it’s that we have built a comprehensive approach to overall wellness that encompasses movement, nutrition, and an amazing community for accountability - which makes the entire process feel like fun!
