Meet Elizabeth Johnsen, our January 2023 member of the month. Five years ago Elizabeth clicked on a post from Core57 on social media and never looked back. She has been an active member of our community over the last few years and we’re excited for you all to get to know a bit more about her.

Q: What is your favorite exercise?
A: I love any variety of deadlift but also like upper body workouts

Q: What is your LEAST favorite exercise?
A: Burpees, hands down!

Q: What Type of Music Gets Your Heart Rate Up?
A: 80’s and hardrock

Q: What kind of workouts do you do on non-CORE57 days?
A: I walk with my dog

Q: What Is Your Favorite Cheat Food(s)?
A: I absolutely love chocolate and Cheetos

Q: If You Had a "Me" Day (exercising not necessary), What Would it Look Like?
A: Sleeping in, workout and lunch after with my husband, relaxing by the pool

A: My family and my Core57 friends and trainers

Q: What Keeps You Coming Back To CORE57?
A: At this point it’s part of my life, it’s part of my routine..it’s my community, my stress relief

Q: What is The Best Thing That Has Changed About Your Life Since Committing To A Healthy Lifestyle?
A: I got my entire family to workout, I sleep better, no more migraines or stomach pain, I lost 30 lbs, I am in the best shape of my life
