Our team of experts will work closely with you to understand your specific goals and create a plan that fits your lifestyle. Your journey begins with an assessment and goal-setting meeting with Kolleen, our founder. Kolleen meets with you to assess your mobility and strength and to set movement-based goals for your program. Throughout the 12-week program, you will  check in with her to track your progress and recalibrate your goals for sustainable growth.

Your Personalized Wellness Rx

Based on your assessment, you'll be given a personalized Wellness Rx — a tailored movement program designed just for you.

We take a tailored approach to crafting fitness programs based on our three-tier movement model — Mobility, Strength, and Cardio. Your customized Wellness Rx determines the optimal number of classes of each type to take each week, aligning with your specific goals, mobility, and current activity level. Through a combination of group classes and Semi-Private training sessions, we provide hands-on instruction to enhance your mobility, strength, and stamina as you progress toward your wellness objectives.

A Fresh Perspective on Nutrition

Our Wellness Recalibration program combines both fitness and nutrition because we understand that nutrition is a game-changer when it comes to seeing results. We focus on empowering you to recalibrate your approach to nutrition, helping you build meal plans that seamlessly integrate with your lifestyle and cater to your body, hormones, age, and activity level.

As part of our program, you'll receive weekly coaching with Rebecca, our in-house Nutrition Coach, and accountability check-ins to ensure that you stay on track toward your goals. During your coaching sessions, you'll learn about the foundations of a healthy diet, how to make mindful food choices, and how to create sustainable habits for long-term success.

We won't dictate what you shouldn't eat. Instead, we will equip you with the knowledge and skills to fuel your body effectively, both in the gym and in your everyday life.
