Our founder, Kolleen, meets with every prospective client to conduct a thorough assessment of your current fitness factors – from weight and age to muscle mass and BMI. Just like your fingerprints, these factors are unique to you and play a vital role in designing the right fitness program. By understanding your starting point, we can design a fitness program that is tailor-made for your success.

Step 2: Goal Setting

What do you want to achieve? Whether your goal is shedding those extra pounds, sculpting your muscles, or simply boosting your overall health and well-being, we are here to listen. Once we understand your starting point and goals, it is time to build a program that is 100% you. Our expert trainers build your wellness prescription with our three-tier blend of mobility and stability, strength, and cardio classes. Our goal is to create a program that not only challenges you but also keeps you motivated and engaged throughout your wellness journey.

Step 4: Implementation

Implementation is where the magic happens because real change is driven by action. We understand that taking the first steps can be scary, which is why we are committed to being there for you every step of the way. Our dedicated team and supportive community will be by your side, cheering you on, providing expert guidance, and offering the accountability you need to stay on track. You are never alone in your journey towards better health and fitness.

After your assessment we will recommend a specific mix of weekly classes spread across our three tiers. While we love seeing you in your favorite classes we always recommend trying to include Semi-Privates into your movement schedule whenever possible. These smaller classes offer clients more hands-on guidance throughout class and gives our trainers the ability to track your progress, help you make modifications, OR determine when you’re ready to level up to more challenging exercises. 

Step 5: Growth

As you implement your personalized program design, you will start to see progress. Your hard work will pay off, and you will begin to move closer to your goals. The journey doesn't end there though.  Our team will closely monitor your progress and reassess your programming over time to ensure that it remains challenging and effective.
