Step 1: Assessment
Every great success story starts with a strong foundation, and at CORE57, that foundation begins with your free assessment and goal-setting session.
Think of it as your wellness GPS—it shows your starting point and maps out exactly where you want to go. Some gyms might skip this step, but we believe it’s essential to giving you a customized, goal-driven experience. After all, how can you reach your destination if you don’t know where you’re starting?
Here is what you can expect when you take the first step:
We talk about your fitness goals, health background, and what really motivates you (you might surprise yourself!).
We take the time to assess your current fitness factors (weight, age, muscle mass, BMI, resting heart rate, etc.) and conduct a mobility and strength screening to spot any imbalances or areas to work on.
Based on your goals and fitness level, you will receive a personalized exercise program based on our 3-tier wellness pyramid (Mobility, Strength, and Cardio).
During your initial assessment, you will also have the chance to set and share your goals. This not only helps you stay accountable, but it also allows us to track your progress and celebrate each milestone along the way.
Step 2: Goal Setting
Every great achievement starts with a single goal, and at CORE57, we will help you set yours with a simple, step-by-step process to keep you focused and on track. In this phase, you will work with our team to map out what success looks like for you.
Are you working toward something specific, like completing a marathon? Or are you more focused on staying healthy, managing stress, or handling life’s physical challenges with confidence? Our expert trainers work with you to break down goals into realistic, actionable milestones.
We pair your goals with flexible strategies that grow with you. Along the way, we’ll celebrate small wins to keep up the momentum and help you stay on track.
Step 3: Program Design
Using everything we learn in your assessment and goal-setting session, we design a program that works for you. We know life can get busy, so this is about making fitness fit into your routine—not the other way around.
Your unique plan incorporates CORE57’s 3-tier wellness pyramid:
Tier 1 – Mobility, Stability, & Recovery: These sessions lay the groundwork, improving balance, flexibility, and overall recovery. Tier 1 is your foundation for long-term wellness.
Tier 2 – Strength: Targeted workouts to build muscle and functional endurance, helping you gain strength for both fitness and daily life.
Tier 3 – Cardio: Energizing sessions designed to challenge your heart and stamina at a pace suited to your fitness level.
Adding Nutrition Coaching to Your Program
Movement is only one part of the equation. Nutrition matters just as much, and we want to help you in caring for your whole self by addressing every aspect of your health. Alongside our movement programming, we offer comprehensive nutrition coaching designed to support your progress.
Think of nutrition coaching as adding another powerful tool to your wellness toolkit. We don't teach you to deprive yourself; we give you what you need to learn what works for your body, build habits that support your goals, and feel good.
Here is how we do it:
We help you discover the foods that fuel your energy, boost your recovery, and keep your workouts strong and effective.
We create balanced, easy-to-follow meal plans and recipes that work for your schedule (and taste buds).

With your personalized plan in place, it’s time to put it into motion! We don’t just hand you a roadmap and send you on your way. Instead, we work alongside you during the implementation phase to ensure each session is not only impactful but enjoyable.
Your trainers stay in the loop on your progress, goals, and any limitations, so no matter which class you take, you can count on them to tailor your workout and help you hit your goals. Whether you are joining small group classes or Semi-Private sessions, you will receive hands-on guidance to fine-tune your form, challenge your limits, and celebrate your progress.
