Favorite Quote:
“Those who stand for nothing, fall for anything.”
- Alexander Hamilton

Favorite Music:
Alternative 90s. If you want to see my Pearl Jam tattoo, we can talk. They are everything!

Favorite Recipe:

This Greek vegetarian tends to lean towards Mediterranean cooking. I love to cook and all of my dinners feature at least two vegetables and/or a big salad.

What CORE57 foundation resonates with you and why?

Life Balance.

For me, this is the most important, while also being the hardest. At least when I take that 45 minutes to workout, the never ending to do list in my brain has to be quiet (especially during shadow boxing).

What Inspires You?

I am inspired by people who work to leave a positive footprint on this world and that can be in big or small ways. People who take a stand, use their voice, orchestra change - I find that awe inspiring. My best friends who make my life better by listening, offering a kind word (or a glass of wine) - just as important and inspiring.

What is a 2023 goal that you have set for yourself?

We are a year and a half from being empty nesters and trying to figure out what the next step is. Joe and I are planning to take some time to travel and explore our options on where to live and what the future will look like. Lots of changes happening.

How do you like to spend your free time?

I spend a lot of my free time reading - it totally relaxes me. I also schedule time with friends to connect and now that the weather is nicer we will get outside more to hike and bike as a family.

Why did you pick fitness as a career?

It picked me! I came to Kolleen as a trainer because I have knee issues from an old surgery and as we talked about the new location opening, she offered me the job.
