What CORE57 Foundation resonates with you and why?

I think ‘Movement’ resonates with me the most, I'm always on the go whether it's working, working out, or playing with my kids. Having an athletic background, moving and exercising has always been a part of my life!

Anything 90’s and 2000’s Pop.

What inspires you?

Having a healthy mind and healthy body is what inspires me!

What is a 2023 goal that you have set for yourself?

Make more money and travel more.

What is a 2023 bucket list item you hope to do?

Visit my family and friends in Brazil.

How do you like to spend your free time? 

Hanging out with my kids and wife, playing soccer and playing video games!

Why did you pick fitness as a career?

I have always been an athlete, I have played soccer my entire life so exercising and fitness has always been my passion.

You can catch Matt most mornings in our Milton Studio teaching 50/50, Metcon, Lower and Upper Strength, TRX/Kettlebell and Spin/Cardio. Matt's classes are known for being fast-paced, fun, and challenging with the best party music ever!
