“In early 2020, I suffered a knee injury that led to surgery and a lot of difficulty rehabbing during the early part of the pandemic. I wanted to get stronger to ensure I’m doing all I can to fend off future injuries! I had also just sent my oldest off to college and wanted to do something for me (which moms don’t do enough of)!

I have always been a walker. I have played tennis a good bit in my life, but in the years leading up to joining CORE57, I had been out of the exercise habit. I came to CORE57 looking for something to ignite my interest in exercise — and boy did I get that!!”

What Are You Favorite Exercises? Rowing and Squats

What is your Favorite Music to Get Your Heart Pumping? I love to dance, so bring on the 80s pop, 90s hip hop, and all things Justin Timberlake!

Favorite Cheat Food? I am a sucker for some chocolate cake, brownies, and chocolate mousse. I also love cheese fries and a juicy cheeseburger!

Who is your biggest supporter? Gosh, I’m blessed with so many supporters! My biggest cheerleader, though, is definitely my daughter, Britt. She loves and encourages the heck out of me!

What keeps you coming back to CORE57? I feel SO STRONG thanks to my time at CORE57! That is more than just the musculoskeletal strength. The trainers have invested so much in me as a person, and I feel loved and anchored whenever I’m in that building. It’s something I don’t ever want to let go of.
