“WOW!! What a game-changer for me! I've been at a "normal" DIY gym for years and decided to try this out due to the "Quarantine Comeback" special they were offering. If you are like me and work so much harder when you have someone motivating you and you like 1st class treatment, this is the place to be! Tammy and Kolleen are so motivational, while caring about your form; the place is immaculately clean with a great view of the Alpharetta City Hall park area (most gyms with windows look at parking lots). The App is simple to use and so convenient! 100% positive experience. GREAT experience and I know they will have me back in shape in no time.”
