Two Words That Describe Fran:
OUTGOING & LOYAL
I love spreading the word of recovery and this gym allows me to shed light on a recovery format called TriggerPoint/Roll & Restore/RAD/SMR. I love seeing members of the gym try this recovery format and come to me days/weeks later to say how it has helped. You never want to see members hurt or get injured. We all want to perform at our best but there are set backs at times. It’s those set backs that can prevent us from being our best self. I love helping those members lessen their chances of getting injured, stay “in the game” of exercise longer, have less stress, more flexibility, range of motion and shorten their delayed onset soreness along with many other benefits.
I want to stay as healthy as I can as long as I can and I’ve learned over the last 12 + years, it takes recovery. I, personally, witnessed the benefits from TriggerPoint/Roll & Restore/RAD/SMR and decided I wanted to teach the methods to others. There is not many gyms that offer this type of recovery format and I had a great desire to fill this void, in our community.
When I am not at the gym I love to swim, walk and bike. I enjoy my weekends at the lake and enjoy all that the lake has to offer. I am married to my love, David and we have 3 kids (Cole, Luke and Ava). I also have 2 Scottish Terriers, Murphy and Daisy Mae.
CORE57 means Community and Safe Fitness to me. I feel like our gyms offer such a nice small town community feel, and we offer the best programming, that centers on the individual client and their needs. Each member comes with their own needs, wants AND injuries (past or present). Each trainer is trained to be client-focused when we format our classes. Every member/client is thought about when we design our classes. As a nurse, I love this about what we do!! I have not seen this attention to detail with any other gym. I love my job here at CORE57!
