Join us for a Meditation Workshop with Anissa Amason, our CORE57 Pilates instructor, and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach.
Cost: $25 (all proceeds to benefit Eternal Strength, a local non-profit focusing on mental health services for youth)
This hour-long meditation workshop will guide members through somatic techniques and practices to create a deeper understanding of meditation and it's benefits for overall well-being. Meditation helps calm the mind, improve focus, and reduce stress. No prior experience with meditation is necessary and the workshop is open to all ages.
