Customized Movement Programming
The program begins with a comprehensive assessment and goal-setting session with our founder, Kolleen. This initial meeting is where your personalized Wellness Prescription is crafted. Whether your goal is to enhance mobility, increase strength, improve stamina, or just feel your best, your Wellness Rx will guide your fitness journey over the next 12 weeks.
Our wellness programming is built on our three-tiered structure to make sure you are getting the right amount of mobility, strength, and cardio training. As part of our Wellness Recalibration Program, you will learn how many of each class type to take each week based on your body and goals. You will be able to choose from a variety of classes in both group settings and Semi-Private training sessions, during which you will receive hands-on coaching and personalized training assistance.
Nutrition Coaching Made Personal
Nutrition is a foundational element of wellness, yet so often, it’s approached with restrictive diets and fleeting trends. We've all been there — trying out the latest fad diet, only to end up feeling deprived and frustrated, then ultimately giving up. The truth is, restrictive eating plans are not sustainable in the long run. We're human beings with complex relationships with food and our bodies; we can't simply follow a one-size-fits-all approach.
At CORE57, we take a different path—a holistic, educational strategy with our in-house nutrition coach, Rebecca.
