Q: What inspires you?

A: Speaking honestly, many things inspire me. My husband, my son, a friend, a client, an opportunity. Anytime I see someone overcome adversity, or beat the odds–be it in sports, politics, business, or arts, it inspires me to also try to give my best shot to life. Luckily enough, there are many inspirational people and stories, and one just has to look for them. I love to read such a story. It gives me goosebumps, and I come to work ready to give my 100%. Inspiration is important, I hope to continue to find it in the stories of others, and perhaps one day my own story can be an inspiration for someone else.

Q: Which CORE57 foundation resonates with you and why?

A: Movement. Like they say “move it or lose it”. It helps with healthy joints, strong bones, physical strength, and good circulation; including cardiovascular circulation, good coordination, and reflexes; it also helps a lot with improved learning skills and concentration, and mental well-being. Movement has it all.

Q: Why did you pick fitness as a career?

A: Changing myself and my clients for the better day after day after day makes me happy like nothing else. And I love and enjoy every second of it. For me, it is happiness making a difference in my students' or clients' life. By living my truth I am fuelling their desire for transformation which creates enough power to push their change for the better.

Q: How do you like to spend your free time?

A: I love being with my son and husband. Movies is a must and a lunch with a good friend on a regular basis. This makes my heart happy and fills me up.

Q: Do you have a favorite quote?

A: “The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched – they must be felt with the heart.” —Helen Keller

Q: What is a goal you have for 2022?

A: Be happier than when I started 2022. Be a better human being, a better wife, mother and friend.

Gaby, thank you for all you do! We love you!!
