I started doing semi privates mainly to try something new, but I can honestly say that I feel a huge difference in my form, mobility, and strength since adding them to my large group routine! I am able to do things I never thought I would be able to. During these sessions, trainers are able to see and work on your areas of need. You don't realize how much better your form can be until someone works with you individually to improve it. Then the exercises become easier and more effective and you hurt a lot less!
