The Spring Break Program Consists of:

Full-Body Assessment to analyze your body fat and lean body mass, analyze basal metabolic rate and viseral fat levels to help design a program right for you.

Classes and Semi’s to get your body moving and start burning those calories!

2 Large Group Classes (Metcon, TRX, Barre, Upper Body, Lower Body, TurboKick, Core), 1 recovery class (Trigger point, Yoga) and 1 Semi-Private Class each week.

Weekly check-ins with a trainer – body composition reanalyzed and discuss successes and setbacks

Nutrition Packet which includes a weekly eating plan to educate you on how to eat for maximum nutrition
