SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING
Are you interested in furthering the results you are getting from working out alone or in a session setting? Then Small Group Personal Training is your answer. Small Group training contains the best of both worlds – the accountability of a coach and the personalization of going it solo. It also provides the opportunity to do exercises that can’t be accomplished in large group sessions. Your trainer will really focus on you and your goals, giving you specialized attention.
Each person is provided a personalized workout, as the trainer manages the session, guiding you through your individual routine. Trainers pair you with similarly skilled clients and challenge you with a system of exercises that push you to make gains each and every day. With Small Group Training, our groups are never larger than four people. You should expect real results, really fast, especially early on!
