TWO WORDS THAT DESCRIBE REBECCA:
PASSIONATE & LOYAL
“People don’t care how much
you know until they know
how much you care.”
My wish for clients is to approach their fitness journey as a way to appreciate and care for their body from a place of love and respect rather than trying to fix something “wrong” or punishment for eating. It’s a way of life, rather than a quick fix.
I have 10+ years experience in the fitness industry. I have a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and am Precision Nutrition and Beach Body certified.
I have a huge passion for helping clients with their nutrition because what we put IN (food, drink) our body, is just as important as what we DO WITH (exercise) our body. Good nutrition is so powerful that it can even heal many of our most common health issues we see today. Improving our nutrition is simple, but certainly NOT easy…and because there is so much misinformation out there, people are often very confused about where to start or what to do. I have struggled with food and body image for as long as I can remember and have been on all sides of the spectrum from severely underweight when I was in the depths of anorexia, to overweight when I struggled with bouts of bingeing. I understand on a deep level how difficult dealing with food can be and it is my mission to not only help clients improve their nutrition from a behavioral standpoint, but more importantly their relationship with food and their body from an emotional standpoint. Because of my interest in the subject of nutrition, my own struggles, and working with clients for over 10 years, I have tremendous knowledge in this area when it comes to human performance and behavior and what makes people successful (and what doesn’t) with nutrition. I really look forward to helping our CORE57 family gain better understanding and improve their relationship with food so that they can achieve whatever goals they set and #bestrongbebetterbeyou
My Mom and Dad live in Alpharetta. I went to Centennial High School. I married PJ Graybeck in October 2019 who is Strength and Conditioning coordinator at Riverwood High School. We love spending time together hiking at the trails with our 90 pound German Shepard, Diesel.
