Gail has been in the Fitness industry for over 30 years in the Atlanta area; joining the Core 57 team as a Trainer/Coach and Yoga/Recovery teacher in 2014. AFAA and RYT200 certified, Gail believes that giving your body the gift of Recovery through Yoga/Stretching is a crucial component for anyone who is serious about their physical and mental fitness. Implementing Recovery into your Workout Regime is absolutely necessary to get the full benefits from your time spent in the Gym.
Gail works with clients in group classes or on a one-on-one basis to help them develop a heightened mind and body awareness to improve and maximize their workouts. The results can be astonishing as one can take these skills out of the gym enriching many other aspects of their lives. Think: improved every day function, enhanced Sport performance, stress reduction and so much more.
Gail teaches the integration of body and mind through physical movement and breath work; focusing on strength and flexibility for each student. Gail says, “with dedication and time you will experience an improved sense of well- being and confidence in addition to the physical changes- all adding to the quality of your life”.
