I was born on the southside of Chicago into a very Irish family and community.  So naturally, I competed in Irish dance for 14 years. I loved so much about dancing – the comradery, the competition, the sweat, you name it.  I sought out similar activities and realized that my love of dancing was truly a love of exercising and moving my body in whatever way I could.  I was an avid runner for about 10 years, with my favorite distance being the half marathon.  While taking a break from running, I fell in love with the fitness classes offered at my local gym and I felt convicted to be part of fitness for others, to be part of their journey. I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 10 years.

My husband Greg and I along with our 3 boys moved here to Milton from Illinois in 2015.  When we are not attending soccer games, baseball tournaments, and marching band competitions (good grief!!!), we love to be home bodies enjoying each other’s company and playing games.  I have a screened-in porch that I love to hang out on because that’s the only quiet space in my house 😊  When I’m not teaching or working out, I love to read and look at recipes that I will probably never make. I love people, love serving people, love my family, love my church community.

I am passionate for you, the individual, YOUR story, YOUR goals, YOUR achievements.  I want the people I work with to love themselves and the skin they are in.  We will always work together to figure out ways to make fitness a part of your story to be the best YOU possible.

I currently hold certifications in AFAA group fitness, barre, WERQ dance fitness, MOSSA functional fitness, kickboxing.  I am in the midst of training to complete my 200YTT hours to teach yoga as well.
