Director of Community Relations

TWO WORDS THAT DESCRIBE CHRIS:
LOYAL & ENTHUSIASTIC
As the Director of Community Relations, I can combine my appreciation for this unique community we live in with my strong belief in the benefits of healthy living.
I was almost 40 before I truly appreciated the idea that working out is a privilege and not a chore. I did the fad exercises in college, worked out to lose “the baby fat” and then thought long term and realized I need to take care of my body now to keep it going for years to come. When I take the time to take care of myself, all other aspects of my life run more smoothly. You can ask my husband and two boys how cranky Mom is when she’s skipped a workout!
CORE57 has become my oasis where I go to connect with myself and let the rest of the to do list disappear for that hour. I do believe that we all need to take the time to be healthy for ourselves before we can give to everyone else. I am proud to be a part of the CORE57 team. I have spent several years volunteering within our school system and can help share with our community the many benefits CORE57 has for all ages.
