I try to live by these words and pass them along not only to my clients but to my family and friends. Each one of us has greatness inside that is unique to us. Surround yourself with people who challenge you to be 1% better than yesterday.

I have been a competitive athlete my entire life, from multiple high school sports to a collegiate athlete. With two daughters who play high level tennis, my path to becoming a trainer was easy. One of my daughters sustained a serious back injury when she was 13. It was a path changing injury and I needed to make sure that I knew as much about her injury, what it would take to get back on track and how I could help her reach her goals. So here I am, a trainer by proxy that turned into a passion to help everyone move better so they can live their best life possible.

I am an ASFA Personal Trainer, TRX Group Fitness Trainer, TRX Functional trainer, RIP Trainer and ITPA Tennis Trainer and Trigger Point Trainer.

When I’m not teaching or talking about TRX I’m usually sitting next to a tennis court watching my daughters play.
